These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and kji9 (hereinafter "kji9", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kji9.app. By accessing the kji9 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on a desktop browser or a mobile device — you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kji9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with kji9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kji9. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Access to and participation in any real-money game or wagering activity on the kji9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. kji9 enforces a strict 18+ age restriction across all products and services without exception.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee of kji9, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless written consent has been granted by kji9 management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the kji9 platform or had an account closed by kji9 for breach of these Terms.

kji9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where a player is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method subject to verification.

To access real-money games and wagering services on kji9, you must first create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent update is truthful and accurate.

kji9 operates a strict one account per player policy. Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared IP addresses, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. kji9 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any accumulated balances or bonuses may be voided at kji9's sole discretion.

As part of kji9's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any time kji9 deems it necessary to confirm your identity. Verification documents may include:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by kji9 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. kji9 processes KYC documentation within 48 hours of receipt during standard operating hours.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. kji9 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify kji9 support immediately and change your password without delay.

All financial transactions on kji9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kji9 does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively via the payment methods made available on the platform cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. Deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard are typically credited within 15 minutes, subject to the issuing bank's processing time. kji9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the deposit method must be registered in the same name as the kji9 account holder.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, provided the account has passed all applicable KYC verification checks and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the requested withdrawal amount. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. kji9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: kji9 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming purposes only. Players who deposit funds without wagering them to a reasonable extent before requesting withdrawal may be subject to additional verification or withdrawal delays. kji9 cooperates fully with applicable regulatory and law enforcement requests concerning suspicious financial activity.

kji9 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on kji9:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Time limits: Each bonus has an expiry period, typically stated in days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain un-wagered after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One promotion per household: Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and shared device.
• Bonus abuse: kji9 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been claimed through fraudulent, collusive, or systematically exploitative means.

kji9 runs dedicated promotional campaigns around major events in the Bangladeshi calendar including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. Participation in these promotions is subject to the specific terms published for each event.

As a registered player on kji9, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Registering more than one account on the kji9 platform.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account, or using any other person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino and sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors to generate profit — any winnings derived from a verified technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other illegal financial activity using the kji9 platform.
• Using the kji9 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kji9 staff members, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

kji9 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, kji9 may temporarily restrict withdrawals or suspend account access. Investigations will be completed in a reasonable timeframe and the outcome communicated to the player via their registered email address.

All content available on the kji9 platform — including but not limited to the kji9 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kji9 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the kji9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the kji9 platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any kji9 software.
• Use the kji9 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any kji9 content or platform functionality.

Game content available on the kji9 platform — including titles provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. kji9 holds valid commercial licences to host and distribute all game content available on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kji9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the kji9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the player.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by factors beyond kji9's reasonable control, including third-party network failures, force majeure events, or government actions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any decisions made by the player in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to contain an error.

kji9's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, not per incident.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kji9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kji9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or shared-account activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Request by a player to self-exclude under kji9's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, kji9 may void all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any amounts owed to kji9 in respect of outstanding obligations, within a reasonable period after the investigation is completed.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the kji9 support team at [email protected]. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within 48 hours. Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months are considered inactive. kji9 will attempt to notify the player at their registered email address before applying any inactive account fee. Where a real-money balance remains in an inactive account, it will be held securely for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which unclaimed balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

kji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice posted on the kji9 platform and, where practicable, via an email notification to the player's registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or minor structural reorganisation that does not alter players' substantive rights — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the kji9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the change takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event that any translation is produced for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
